The primary difference between On The Spot Computer Service and most other computer repair shops is that I come to you. In the majority of cases it is far more desirable to fix a computer "on the spot" than it is to unhook everything and take it to a shop. And in many cases (troubleshooting networks for instance) it simply must be done onsite at the customer location. If I determine that a computer can be better repaired by taking it to my office then I will typically do a pickup and dropoff service for the same price. This guarantees that you will get much more comprehensive and thorough service from start to finish.

Customer education is a central part of my approach to helping you maintain your computer and get the maximum life span out of it. I strongly promote the use of quality open source software for greater productivity and freedom of computing.
